Banks personnel are trained in traffic management in order to assist HGV drivers gain entry and exit from sites, for example; they would stop and direct traffic allowing a safer route for the drivers to reverse large vehicles and maintaining the traffic flow. Other duties would include gate house and barrier operation whilst ensuring all Health and Safety products worn by contractors on entry to the sites.
