Shield Force Security LTD are able to provide high calibre Retail security store guards, wh are trained to prevent threats of shoplifting and conflict between staff and customers. Each of our security guards has completed a four day manned security course, which includes extensive training in conflict management (essential for dealing with confrontational customers). The training is aimed specifically at protecting staff, customers and the clients' business. Furthermore, our guards are fully licensed and cleared to CRO status.
The retails store-guards receive specific training on a bespoke course designed to deter shoplifting. The problem is more evident than ever now due to the instructions from The Home Office to Judges not to jail offenders. Our objective is to deter thieves through our physical presence. Our staff are also well briefed in their powers of arrest if this is required. Security staff in the retail outlets normally dictate a higher pay rate and therefore the price reflects the calibre of those employed.
